He has 20+ years of experience in managing large-scale organizational agile Transformations for F100 customers. Some of the clients are Citigroup, Bank of America, Hilton worldwide etc. to deliver comprehensive solutions for enterprise business agility.
Rehan has a proven track record of working as a CIO and collaborating with the C-level and executive leadership on Agile Visioning, Adoption, Maturity, Implementation & Roadmap, Value Streams Mapping, and Governance to improve ROI with tangible business benefits using SAFe® framework. In addition, he has trained and coached 1000+ professionals.
Rehan had been a part of Big 4 Strategy practice. He holds his MBA from Kellogg Northwestern University, and Executive education from MIT Sloan School of Management.
Syed Haider, President
Syed is a leader and co-founder of Agile Advantages. Syed has a proven track record of delivering several SAP projects using SAFe and Agile methodologies. He had managed the entire life cycle of several strategic projects thus bringing value to clients not only in monetary but as well complete transformations of those organizations. Syed has successfully played roles from Advisory to Solution Architecture level in medium to large scale projects using lean and Agile ways. Syed comes from a background of working with Accenture and E&Y and knows what is needed to bring value to a client. He has an MBA and B.E from NUST. He has successfully partnered with Clients like to Adobe, Boeing and Nike to bring SAFe transformation in their project deliveries.

James as a SAFe Program Consultant and Agile Coach, work with organizations to implement SAFe® and promote agility thereby ensuring delivery of products to their customers at the shortest sustainable lead time, with best quality and value to people and society. In this capacity, he provided guidance for SAFe implementation which includes training at all levels of the organization; mentoring during Agile Release Trains launching; and continuous coaching to the entire organization in adopting agile mindset starting from leaders who themselves become lean-agile leaders. James provided agile coaching to the F500 customers like Bank of America, Anthem, and Kimberly Clark etc. James attained his Mater in management from the West Virignia University, Virgnia.
